They've been there twice for me and have been nothing but amazing. I called when they were closed, they answered on the third ring, and about 15 minutes later, they were there! I recommend them to everyone!

I was stuck on the side of the interstate with my son, worried to death because my car overheated and it was getting dark. I called my insurance company since I had roadside assistance. They told me the ETA would be an hour. I swear the nice gentleman was there in less than 20 minutes. My son was asking a lot of questions and he was so nice to explain everything. Thank you so much for helping us!

I drive from Augusta to NE Columbia daily for work, yesterday I had a tire blow out on my way home after a long day of work, the local repair shops were all too busy to help out. The driver Jesse done everything in his capability to help me out and was so very concerned about my safety and well being. I just want Robert's Towing to know you have a very good employee. Hard to find people who care and take pride in there work.

I was stranded on I-77 S right at the One mile to exit 19 sign this last weekend. I called my roadside assistance company, #USAA, and they sent a tow truck from your business. About an hour later, your truck pulled up and a great driver called Bull Dog jumped out and rescued this lady in car distress. I could not have been happier and felt more secure and safe with him, and the overall superb service your business gave me. In fact, the SC road ranger who stopped by first said that Roberts Towing is one of the best. I let USAA know that you are a 5 star vendor. THANK YOU!
